Heritage Valley Town Centre Area is a vibrant and rapidly developing neighborhood in Southwest Edmonton, designed to serve as the central hub for the Heritage Valley area. Apartments and condos constitute about 55% of the housing, townhouses about 30%, and single-family homes about 15%. Approximately 70% of the residents are homeowners, while the remaining 30% are renters.
